Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and DevOrbit Labs for the use of the app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app, its puzzles, its artwork, its name and its code stay ours. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute any of it, or extract the puzzle library for use elsewhere.
What you may not do
- Use cheats, modified clients, automation or anything else that interferes with how the game works for you or for other people.
- Try to obtain in-app items other than through the App Store.
- Interfere with the services the app relies on, or attempt to gain access to parts of them that are not yours.
- Use the app where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
Purchases
The app is free to download. Some optional items inside it — coins, and a few conveniences and cosmetics — can be bought. There is no subscription in this app, nothing renews, and there is no free trial to convert. Each purchase is a single one-off transaction.
Current prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region.
- Apple takes the payment, not us. Purchases are charged to your Apple Account and are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.
- Refunds are Apple's to give. We cannot issue one. Request it through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Coins and other in-game items have no real-world value. They are a licence to use a feature inside the app, not property, and they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the game.
- Items you have bought are restored through your Apple Account when you reinstall or sign in on another device.
How the game works, so there are no surprises
These are commitments about the design, not just description:
- Every puzzle is open. Access to a puzzle is never behind a payment, an energy or waiting counter, or a life sold as a product.
- An attempt can be lost. Three mistakes end that attempt and clear the board. Restarting it is immediate, costs nothing, and there is no limit on how often you do it.
- Undo is free and unlimited.
- The pictures that unlock new areas cannot be bought. They are earned by solving puzzles, at any price.
Your data
What the app collects, who processes it, and how to control it are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is at the time you use it. Puzzles, packs, prices, seasonal content and features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and support for older versions of iOS may end. We will not make a change that puts a puzzle you already have access to behind a payment.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your device or your iCloud will preserve your progress in every circumstance — keep in mind that game data can be lost if a device is lost, reset or restored.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DevOrbit Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost game progress, arising out of your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid through the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms are less protective than Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, that agreement applies.
Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting the app. We may end it if you break these terms. Purchases already made are not refunded by us on termination; see the refund note above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the current version is always the one on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
